Privacy Policy

Axiom Drift processes customer data to provide SaaS discovery, shadow IT detection, and license optimization.

We collect account details, OAuth integration metadata, and usage information needed to operate the discovery service.

Customer integrations (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365) are read-only. We do not access user emails, files, or messages unless explicitly authorized for a specific feature.

We use customer data only to deliver and improve the product, provide renewal alerts, and secure the platform.

Customers can request deletion of their organization data by contacting support. Backups are retained as long as operationally required.
